Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water and ensure it’s properly attached to the machine.
Turn on the machine by pressing the power button. The machine will begin heating up, which typically takes about 25 seconds. The lights on the machine will blink while it heats up, and then remain steady when it’s ready.
Insert a Nespresso capsule: Lift the lever to open the capsule compartment, insert your chosen Nespresso coffee capsule, and then lower the lever to lock it in place.
Once you press your selected button, the machine will start brewing your coffee. It should take about 25-30 seconds to pour a shot of espresso or lungo.
Once your coffee is brewed and, if desired, milk is frothed, pour the milk into your brewed coffee for a latte or cappuccino.
After you’re done, make sure to turn off the machine by pressing the power button.
